All purchases made through Orbs / OrbezHVH Store are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final, and no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances.
2. No Chargebacks or Disputes
By purchasing from our store, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes through PayPal or any other payment processor. Any attempt to circumvent this policy will be considered a violation of our terms, and we will provide full documentation to the payment processor, including proof of delivery and agreement to these terms, to contest any disputes. 3. Email Address Requirement
The email address used at checkout must match the email associated with your account on our site and your payment method. Orders that do not meet this requirement may be delayed or canceled at our discretion for security reasons.
